Vegetable CSA
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It is a program where customers pay for a share of vegetables upfront, during the part of the season when capital is most needed on the farm. In exchange, members receive a variety of fruits and vegetables throughout the growing season. It is a great way to learn to eat seasonally while enjoying a discount from farmers market prices.

Growing Season CSA
Each week we will select a variety of seasonal produce for your share. Some customer choice items may be available each week, but the majority of the share contents are determined by the farmer. We will package them minimally and deliver them to your home. We recommend that you leave a cooler outside of your door to keep the produce fresh.

"Every week was a fantastic selection of fresh vegetables with some seasonal fruit, all in excellent condition and in portions easy to consume. I highly recommend Red Clover Farm CSA and will be definitely take another subscription."

"We've really enjoyed the variety you've provided this year. I realize necessity was likely the mother of invention this year with the uncooperative weather, but we really enjoyed your selections and our kitchen never felt limited as a result. The fruit was always a treat, perfectly sweet and fresh, and more often than not eaten the day we got it. We also really enjoyed the salsa kits during tomato season; it ended up on all kinds of tacos and nachos and burrito bowls. I've been particularly delighted by the variety of root vegetables during the year; turnips and rutabagas are my new favorites! So easy to cook, and sweet, earthy flavors. One of our go-to easy dinners, especially in the colder months, is a tray of chopped veggies roasted with garlic to eat with pasta. It really can't go wrong, and vegetables are so good they really do all the work!"
